11.12.2012 - Good results from European Champs in Poland

Hanna-Maria achieved sixth position in 100m individual medley and seveth in 100m freestyle in European Championship. The time in medley was 1.00,44 and in freestyle 53,77. European Championship was held 8-11.12.2011 in Szczecin, Poland.

11.11.2011 - Hanna-Maria's race calendar 2012

Hanna-Maria's race calendar has now been drafted for the year 2012. You can find information about competitions, venue and dates of the races in which Hanna-Maria is going to participate in the next year. Please be tuned since the calender is updated frequently.

The main competition next year is Olympics in London UK. Her goal is to get medal in the Olympics.

23.10.2011 - Good results from World Cup in Berlin

Hanna-Maria improved her own record in 50m backstroke more than 0.3 seconds, new time is recorded now 28.02. She was ranked 6th on the shared place in backstroke. Hanna-Maria achieved finals in all four events she took part in.

In 50m freestyle she was eighth with good time 24.95. Time is her season's best. Hanna-Maria was also eighth in 100m freestyle with time 53.71. In 100m individual medley time was good 59.75 and she achieved fifth position.

World Cup was held during the weekend (22-23.10.2011) in Berlin, Germany. Find all results and more information about Berlin's World Cup.

04.07.2011 - Seven gold medals in Nationals

Hanna-Maria won four personal gold medals and three gold in relays in Finnish Champs. The competition was held in June 30th - July 3rd 2011 in Espoo, Finland. After the Nationals she has 117 Finnish Championship medals and 102 out of them are gold.

27.03.2011 - Medals from GP race in Sweden

Hanna-Maria achieved gold in 100m and 200m freestyle in Grand Prix held Stockholm, Sweden 26-27 of March. Results in 100m 55,41 and 200m 2.00,80. She also got bronze in 50m freestyle with time 26,03.

20.03.2011 - National record in 400m freestyle

Hanna-Maria swam new national record in 400m freestyle today. The race took place in Espoo, Finland. The new record 4.10,64 is historical since the previous one was done 18 years ago by Paula Harmokivi. Hanna-Maria has now alltogether 101 national records.

30.01.2011 - Six gold medals in Nationals

Hanna-Maria won three personal gold medals and three gold in relays in Finnish Champs. The competition was held in Jan 27th-30th 2011 in Vaasa, Finland. After the Nationals she has 113 Finnish Championship medals and 98 out of them are gold.
